ONE OF TWO TRIPS TO HOLLYWOOD AND THE CHANCE TO PLAY THE REAL DEAL OR NO DEAL GAME FOR UP TO $1,000,000 IN A SECOND CHANCE DRAWING.
The Second Chance Drawing was conducted by the Delaware Lottery on February 28, 2008. Congratulations to Charles Hodgson of Ocean City, MD and Rita Branum of Newark, DE.
The Deal or No Deal Hollywood Package includes:
- A five-day, four-night trip for the winner and three guests
- Round-trip airfare
- Hotel accommodations
- Ground transfers from L.A. airport, hotel and studio
- In Hollywood, the two Delaware Lottery winners will be guaranteed to win between $5,000 and $25,000 or a chance to play the real Deal or No Deal game for up to $1,000,000 (TV Broadcast is not guaranteed)
Bonus Drawing
- Two names will be selected and entered into a bonus drawing for a chance to win $1,000,000
- $1,000,000 prize is guaranteed to be awarded
For a chance to win one of two trips to Hollywood and/or a chance to be selected as one of two names to be entered into a bonus drawing for $1,000,000:

Players must retain their non-winning Deal or No Deal ticket because the winner(s) will be required to present the original ticket to validate their entry and claim the prize.
- Mailed entries must be received in the Delaware Lottery Office by 4:30 p.m. on February 22, 2008 for the Hollywood trip drawing and by 4:30 p.m. on August 29, 2008 for the bonus drawing.
- Internet entries must be submitted to www.delottery.com by 11:59 P.M. on February 22, 2008 for the Hollywood trip drawing and by 11:59 p.m. on August 29, 2008 for the bonus drawing.
Second Chance drawing details:
- Two winners will be selected to win a Deal or No Deal Hollywood trip package from entries received by February 22, 2008.
- Two names will be selected from all entries received for the Hollywood trip drawing as well as entries received by August 29, 2008 for entry in the bonus drawing for $1,000,000. The final drawing will include all eligible entries from all participating lotteries and will be held on September 17, 2008.
- Players are only eligible to win one of the two trip prizes in the trip drawing. Players are only eligible to be one of two names selected and entered into the bonus drawing for $1,000,000.
Trip winner does not pay Delaware state taxes. The federal withholding tax on the trip is paid. The Lottery will not be responsible for additional taxes that may become due from the guaranteed winnings between $5,000 and $25,000, Deal or No Deal game show winnings, the $1,000,000 Bonus Drawing or when the winner files a tax return.
The trip prize may not be redeemed for cash. Third party will fulfill all second chance drawing prizes.
Your signature on the drawing entry gives the Delaware Lottery permission to announce and publish your name for promotional purposes if you win the second chance or bonus drawing.
