Grand Prize drawing details:

  • One winner from the 123 merchandise prize packs was selected to win The Ultimate Poker Experience™ grand prize. The winner or their designee must be at least 21 years (or as determined by State Law where the casino is located) of age to check into or participate in the World Poker Tour® Tournament. If the winner is under the age of 21, they must be accompanied by a guest that is 21 years (or as determined by State Law where the casino is located) of age or older to check into the Hotel and Casino. The winner, designee, or guest must also have a valid credit card or shall be required to post a cash deposit for incidentals to check in. The winner, designee, or guest under 21 years of age is not permitted in the casino areas.

Grand prize winner does not pay Delaware State taxes. The required federal withholding tax on the grand prize is paid. The Lottery will not be responsible for additional taxes that may become due from tournament winnings and when the winner files a tax return.

The merchandise prize packages and grand prize may not be redeemed for cash. Third party will fulfill the second chance and grand prizes.

Your signature on drawing entry gives the Delaware Lottery permission to announce and publish your name for promotional purposes if you win the second chance drawing.
