The Delaware Lottery conducted the second chance drawing on November 8, 2007, selecting one winner to receive a NASCAR® sanctioned race trip package.
Second chance winner does not pay Delaware State taxes. The required federal withholding tax on the trip prize is paid. The Lottery will not be responsible for additional taxes that may become due when the winner files a tax return.

The trip prize may not be redeemed for cash. Third party will fulfill the trip prize.
