The Delaware Lottery conducted two (2) seperate second chance drawings for seven (7) total Las Vegas trips to the Palms Casino Resort property in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Players could win once per drawing. Three trip winners were selected in the first drawing and four trip winners were selected in the second drawing.
Upon receipt, entries were deposited into the next eligible drawing. Once a drawing was completed, all unselected entries for that drawing were ineligible for future drawings.

Winners under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a guest that is 21 years of age or older and have a valid credit card or shall be required to post a cash deposit for incidentals to check into the Palms Casino Resort property. Winners or guests under 21 years of age are not permitted in the casino area.

Winners do not pay Delaware State taxes. The Lottery will not be responsible for additional taxes that may become due when the winner files a tax return. The Palms second chance trip prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Third party will fulfill the Palms second chance trip prizes.
