XFingers Nomination Rules
1. If the terminal operator you nominated competed in one of the XFingers Challenge events held in New Castle, Kent or Sussex counties, you will receive a $5 Delaware Lottery coupon.
2. If your nominated terminal operator won one of the top five spots in their county's competition, then you will win a Delaware Lottery Prize Pack.*
3. If your nominated terminal operator won 1st place at the Final Event, you will win 30 – $10 Instant Game tickets (with a chance to win up to $25,000 CASH*).
* If there are multiple nominations for one clerk who either places in one of the top five spots in their county or won 1st place at the Final Event, a random drawing will take place.
