POWERBALL® JACKPOT PASSES $100 MILLION MARK

DOVER, DE - POWERBALL® heats up just in time for holiday shopping with the Saturday, November 25, 2000, drawing that has an estimated annuity jackpot worth $105 million. Delaware Lottery officials are urging players not to spend more than they can afford on the $1 tickets for the upcoming drawing.

"Play responsibly," Wayne Lemons, Delaware Lottery Director, said. "I want to remind everyone that all you need is one ticket to be a big winner, if that ticket has the winning numbers on it.

"You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Delaware Lottery ticket, and that includes $1 POWERBALL® tickets," Lemons explained.

Tickets for POWERBALL® are on sale now at more than 400 Delaware Lottery Retailers throughout the state.
