DOVER, DE -- The POWERBALL® jackpot
for Wednesday, December 25-with an estimated annuity value of $280
million and an estimated cash lump sum value of $151.4 million-could
make someone's holiday a lot brighter.

However, Delaware Lottery officials urge players not to spend more
than they can afford on the $1 tickets for Wednesday's drawing.
"Play responsibly," Wayne Lemons, Delaware Lottery Director,
said. "I want to remind everyone that you only need one ticket
            to be a big winner."

Lemons also reminded players that help is available for those tempted
by the big jackpot. "If you or someone you know has a gambling
problem, call the Delaware Gambling Helpline at 1-888-850-8888,"
            he said.
