The second-chance and Grand Prize drawings were conducted at the Delaware Lottery Office on July 19, 2005.
The winner told Lottery Officials that he is looking forward to adding the arcade game to his playroom for his children and grandchildren to enjoy when they come to visit. Ganat is a regular lottery player who said, "I've won with the Delaware Lottery several times."
