Dover Resident Gets Chance To Win Up To $1 Billion

Dover, DE — Cynthia Wills of Dover will be heading to Las Vegas for a chance to win up to $1 Billion Dollars in the WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET Instant Game BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE. Ms. Wills won this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity through the WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET second chance promotion.

“I’m very overwhelmed,” said Wills about being selected for the promotion. “My birthday is March 1st and I was telling my fiancé I wanted to go for my birthday!”

Ms. Wills won a trip for two to Las Vegas from April 14th – April 17th where she will have a chance to win up to $1 Billion Dollars. “What an amazing opportunity for Ms. Wills,” said Vernon Kirk, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “All of us at the Delaware Lottery are extremely excited for her.”
