Dover, DE — Between August 15th and September 24th, POWERBALL® tickets sold in Delaware will randomly generate an entry form that could be your chance to win $1,000,000 during the POWERBALL® FIRST MILLIONAIRE OF THE YEAR® promotion.

One lucky Delaware Lottery player will receive $2023 in cash, a Delaware Lottery Prize Pack, a VIP trip* to New York, and a chance to win $1 million during the broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023.

Five additional Delaware Lottery Players will also win $2023 in cash and a Delaware Lottery Prize Pack.

Entry forms must be received by 4 pm on Monday, October 3, 2022. The drawing will be held on Wednesday, October 12 and winners will be notified by 4pm on Friday, October 14.
