Hockessin man wins $15,000 playing DOUBLE SIDED DOLLARS

Dover, DE — Timothy Turner, a 45-year-old from Hockessin, has claimed the latest $15,000 top prize for the Instant Game $15,000 BACK SCRATCH. He purchased the winning ticket at Wawa #843 on W. Main Street in Middletown.
