New MEGA MILLIONS® game delivers more than 390% increase in non-jackpot prizes to Delaware Lottery Players
Dover, DE — Since the new MEGA MILLIONS® prize matrix took effect on April 8, Delaware Lottery players have been winning bigger than ever before. In the twelve MEGA MILLIONS® drawings since the new MEGA MILLIONS® launch, players across Delaware have won over $136,000 more than they would have before.
With better odds, larger starting jackpots, bigger payouts and a built-in 2X-10X non-jackpot multiplier, the new MEGA MILLIONS® prize matrix offers players a chance to win more from every drawing.
Here is a summary of the prizes awarded between April 8 and May 16 under the new prize matrix compared to the previous one:

*New game prize totals are calculated based on the number of winners at each prize level and each multiplier value (2X, 3X, 4X, 5X and 10X), combined with the prize value of each of those subsets.
