Dover, DE — A 70-year-old man from Rehoboth Beach is celebrating a $100,000 win from the Delaware Lottery’s 50th Anniversary Instant Game. The winning ticket was purchased at Safeway #2706, located at 19238 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach.
The longtime Delaware resident and family man bought just one ticket, and that single purchase led to his biggest win yet! A regular Lottery player for the past five years, he said he was stunned when he realized how much he had won.
He plans to use the prize money for home repairs and said the experience has been both fun and rewarding. “It just feels really good,” he said.

The Delaware Lottery’s 50th Anniversary $50 Instant Game was launched as part of the state’s yearlong celebration of five decades of play. The game gives players the chance to win up to $1,000,000 instantly in the game, with one $1 Million Dollar top prize up for grabs.
