Christmas Surprise: Wilmington Woman Wins $10,000 on $10 Grand Grab

Dover, DE — Kathleen Rembecki, a 57-year-old woman from Wilmington, DE, received an early holiday surprise after winning $10,000 playing the $10 Grand Grab Instant Game. Rembecki purchased her winning ticket at Wawa #858, located at 2030 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE, and claimed her prize on November 17, 2025.

A Delaware native and regular player, Rembecki has been purchasing two tickets at a time and plays purely for fun. While she has won smaller prizes in the past, this marks her biggest win yet. She was surprised when she realized she’d matched the winning symbols and immediately told her husband. With the holidays approaching, she plans to use the prize money to buy Christmas gifts for her family.
