Pennsylvania Man Wins $10,000 Playing Delaware Lottery’s Bullseye Bingo Instant Game
Dover, DE — Donald Anderson, an 89-year-old man from Chester, PA, has claimed a $10,000 prize from the Delaware Lottery’s Bullseye Bingo Instant Game. Anderson purchased his winning ticket at Sunoco A-Plus – Claymont, located at 3615 Philadelphia Pike in Claymont, DE. The lucky winner claimed his prize at Delaware Lottery headquarters on December 12, 2025.
A security guard by profession, Anderson has been playing the Lottery since 1995 and typically purchases 10 tickets at a time. This marks his first win of this magnitude. Upon realizing he had won, his immediate reaction was a surprised “wow!!” The first person he told was the store clerk who sold him the ticket. His first purchase after winning was a modest one: a tank of gas.
“We are excited to share in this lucky moment with Mr. Anderson,” said Helene Keeley, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “It’s always special to see players from outside of Delaware join in the fun. We encourage all of our players, both in Delaware and beyond, to keep the fun in playing by doing so responsibly.”
