Good Deeds Lead to Big Win for Milton Woman Who Wins $100,000 Top Prize from ALL CASH Instant Game

Dover, DE — A 36-year-old woman from Milton, DE received a life-changing surprise after winning a $100,000 top prize playing the Delaware Lottery’s ALL CASH Instant Game. The winning ticket was purchased at Milton Delux, located at 116 Magnolia Street in Milton. The lucky winner claimed her prize at Delaware Lottery Headquarters on January 16, 2026.

The winner, who works as a nanny, said she does not typically play the lottery and rarely visits the location where the ticket was purchased. On the day of the win, she was dropping off a food donation to a local church and stopped into Milton Delux because it was nearby. While there, she purchased instant tickets for a family member and, on a whim, decided to buy one for herself.

After scratching the ticket, she was confused and shocked by what she saw. Her mother checked the ticket using the Delaware Lottery Players Club app, confirming that the ticket was a $100,000 winner. Still in disbelief, the winner said she first shared the news with her brother.

When asked about her plans for the prize money, the winner said the first thing she intends to do is donate to a local nonprofit. She does not plan to make any major purchases, but said the win will provide increased financial stability for her and her family and significantly reduce financial stress. She described the experience as “such a blessing” for her family.

“This player wasn’t expecting anything for herself that day. She was focused on giving back to her community, and to see that generosity come full circle is incredibly special,” said Helene Keeley, Director of the Delaware Lottery. “It’s a wonderful example of playing responsibly and keeping the experience fun, while also recognizing the positive impact Lottery proceeds and prizes can have across Delaware.”
