Lewes Woman Wins $100,000 Playing Powerball® with Power Play®
Dover, DE — A 74-year-old woman from Lewes is celebrating a $100,000 win after playing Powerball® with Power Play®. The winning ticket was purchased at Super G #387, located at 19312 Lighthouse Plaza Boulevard in Rehoboth Beach, and the lucky winner claimed her prize at Delaware Lottery headquarters on March 17, 2026.
The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, matched four numbers plus the Powerball® and used the Power Play® option in the March 16, 2026 drawing. The winning numbers were 07, 10, 20, 47, and 52, with Powerball® 20 and the Power Play® at 2X.
A retired Delaware native, the winner said she has been playing the lottery for about nine years. She does not follow a specific method when selecting numbers and plays simply for the chance to win.
She discovered her win by checking the numbers online and said she was ecstatic when she realized she had matched the winning combination. The first person she shared the news with was her husband. She added that she has not yet decided how she will spend the prize.

Powerball® drawings are held three times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 PM ET, with tickets available at Lottery retailers statewide until 9:45 PM ET on draw nights. Power Play® is an optional add-on that multiplies non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 times, depending on the multiplier drawn, offering players the chance to increase their winnings.
