Entry Period: October 27 – November 9, 2025

Winner Deliveries: November 19, 2025 (between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.)

The delivery location must be a place of business within the state of Delaware. Home deliveries are not permitted, including for those off work, working from home, or retired.

Entrants must ensure their workplace can receive guests and accept deliveries during the delivery window.

By entering, participants agree to have their name and photo used on Delaware Lottery social media channels and in promotional materials.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Three winners total will be selected — one from New Castle, Kent, and Sussex County.
